Johari Windows

The Johari Window, named after the first names of its inventors, Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, is one of the most useful models describing the process of human interaction. A four paned “window,” divides personal awareness into four different types, as represented by its four quadrants: open, hidden, blind, and unknown. The lines dividing the four panes are like window shades, which can move as an interaction progresses. (More explanation at the article above.)

There’s a meme going around using a Johari window, and Nohari widow, the nohari being a discovery of the darker side. If you’d like to click around on my Johari and my Nohari widows, have at it. :) You can also create your own. Props to forfinding these.
