Still not up

Dell still hasn’t fixed my system. Still dead in the water. Can’t get to my order database, can’t get to my product labels for printing, I’m dead in the freaking water.

Thus far, I’ve logged over 12 hours of being on the phone with Dell. They don’t have my parts in stock, and are trying to tell me that only if I accept a downgrade can I get my system fixed…which…SOOOOO illegal.

Next step: Texas Attorney General. Cause, business fraud? Huge mistake. Huge. It may not get my system fixed any faster, but I god-damn-guarantee you that they’re about to spend a whole lot more money in legal team dollars than it would have cost for them to send me an upgrade instead of a downgrade, I tell you what.
