Here they are: Green Tea Chai Truffles – with a truffle cream center made of heavy cream that had the green tea steeped in it, chai spices and decadent milk chocolate, which were enrobed in a dark (62% cacao) bittersweet chocolate shell. The cocoa powder was to help roll the centers and to keep the chocolates from sticking to the parchment paper.
Oh…and they’re not addictive. Or fattening. (Ok, I made those two things up.)
